Apprenticeships Are Us Ltd is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation. We are dedicated to supporting young school leavers, disadvantaged youth, and the broader community—our beneficiaries—to start and complete apprenticeships and traineeships across all industries.
Our journey began with a strong foundation in the automotive industry. Apprenticeships in this sector offer a reliable, well-paid, and secure entry into a skilled trade. In fact, demand for qualified workers consistently exceeds supply. Unlike many other sectors, the automotive industry remains stable regardless of economic fluctuations. Apprentices not only gain hands-on experience but also complete formal study and earn a wage all at once, providing them with a well-rounded opportunity.
In order to address broader skill shortages, we’ve expanded through our new All Industries Division. This division now opens pathways into areas such as business administration, IT, electrical, plumbing, early childhood education, marketing, and fabrication. As a result, we can offer apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities across a wide variety of industries, helping to create more diverse career options for individuals.
As a specialised Group Training Organisation (GTO), Apprenticeships Are Us directly employs apprentices and trainees, placing them with trusted host employers. Moreover, we handle all administrative tasks, including payroll, superannuation, and safety compliance. This comprehensive approach simplifies the process for businesses, while ensuring security for our apprentices.
Each apprentice is supported by a dedicated Apprentice Employment Manager, who provides ongoing mentoring, career guidance, and on-the-job assistance throughout their journey. Our team members are highly trained in youth development, mental health, trade skills, and conflict resolution, enabling them to offer tailored support at every stage.
You can often find us engaging with students at schools, career expos, and government forums. We actively seek to meet young people where they are, assisting them in taking their first steps towards a meaningful and sustainable career.

We also prioritise Work Health and Safety (WHS), ensuring that every apprentice or trainee works in a safe and supportive environment.
